Refund and Returns Policy

At MSCreation (owned by ISHRATH UNNISA.), we are committed to delivering premium-quality jewellery and ensuring your complete satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer return and refund options as outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

• The item is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered.

• The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

• The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags, certificates, and invoice.

Note: Custom-made, engraved, or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or made-to-order jewellery

• Items purchased on final sale or marked “non-returnable”

• Products that show signs of wear or alteration

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at support@mscreation.co.in within 7 days of delivery.

2. Include your order number, reason for return, and images (if applicable).

3. Once approved, we will arrange reverse pickup or guide you on how to ship the product.

4. Returned items must be securely packed and shipped to the address provided by our team.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

• A refund will be credited within 7–10 business days.

• Refunds will be made to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.)

• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item).

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will issue the refund via bank transfer or store credit. You will be asked to provide your bank details securely.

5. Exchange Policy

• If you wish to exchange your product for a different size or design (where applicable), contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• Exchanges are subject to availability.

• For exchanged items, shipping charges may apply.

• The exchange product will be delivered within 10-15 days.

6. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order ID.

• We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, as per your preference.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they haven’t been shipped.

• Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and will fall under the return process.

• For prepaid orders, cancelled orders will be refunded within 7–10 business days.
