1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India through trusted courier and logistics partners. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Custom or made-to-order jewellery items may take 5–10 business days or more to process.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

4. Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

For orders below the minimum amount or on Cash on Delivery (COD), a nominal shipping or COD charge may apply. This will be visible at checkout.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS with a tracking number and link. You can track your order status anytime using the provided tracking details.
6. Packaging
All items are carefully packed in tamper-proof, elegant packaging to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. For high-value jewellery, additional protective layers and insurance may be applied.
7. Delivery Issues
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.
If delivery fails due to:

The product may be returned to us. Re-shipping can be arranged at an additional cost.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
In the rare event your package arrives damaged or appears tampered with:
