Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹499 across India—whether prepaid or Cash on Delivery (COD). For orders below ₹499, a small shipping fee will be applied and shown at checkout.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, delivery takes around 3–7 working days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp once your order is shipped.
What exactly happens after ordering?
Once you place your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation. Our team then carefully prepares your package. After shipping, you’ll get a tracking ID to monitor your parcel’s journey until it reaches you.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, a digital invoice is shared with you on email or WhatsApp once your order is confirmed. If you prefer a printed invoice, you can mention it in the notes during checkout.
Is there a minimum order value to shop from MS Creations?t
Yes, the minimum order value is ₹499. You can combine multiple items to meet the minimum. Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly mentioned before you complete your purchase.
Payment Infomation
When the order payment is taken of my bank account?
For prepaid orders, the payment is deducted from your bank account immediately after checkout. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you will pay the total amount at the time of delivery.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and provide an unboxing video as proof. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund according to our return policy.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can only be changed or canceled before they are shipped. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details. Once the order is dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
What is "package tracking" in my orders?
Package tracking allows you to follow the status of your shipment in real time. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID or link via WhatsApp or email, so you can see where your package is and when it will arrive.
